$8.00 per hour plus tips Role Overview We are seeking an outgoing, reliable, and detail-oriented Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by delivering a variety of cold non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks, directly to guests across the course. You will be responsible for managing your inventory, handling cash transactions accurately, operating a POS system, and keeping the cart fully stocked and presentable. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to guests throughout the facility. Drive and operate the beverage cart safely, following all established course safety rules. Sell beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and packaged snacks while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menu options and pricing. Verify customer age in strict compliance with state liquor laws before serving alcohol. Handle cash transactions accurately, including balancing a cash drawer and managing change at the beginning and end of each shift. Maintain continuous inventory levels by tracking sales, restocking items, and keeping the cart clean and organized. Communicate professionally with team members and guests to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
Qualifications & Requirements Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Certifications:
TIPS (or equivalent state alcohol server certification) strongly preferred; willingness to obtain upon hire if needed.
Cash Handling:
Strong basic math skills with proven ability to count cash and manage a shift drawer accurately.
Interpersonal Skills:
Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities to keep stock orderly during peak hours.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (ice, beverage crates) and sit, stand, or drive for extended periods in various outdoor weather conditions.
Pay:
$8.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 20.0 per week
