Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations based on their needs and preferences Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, and proper dosing through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment Conduct upselling by highlighting new or featured products to maximize sales opportunities Manage retail store product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently and accurately Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred, especially with POS systems and cashiering responsibilities Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in managing team members or store operations Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail math calculations, cash handling, and balancing cash drawers Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and inventory stocking procedures Experience with product demos, upselling strategies, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with retail sales transactions, cash register operations, and POS systems is essential Join us as a Budtender and become part of an innovative team dedicated to elevating customer experiences through expert guidance and lively engagement.
