Demonstrate product features through product demos and explain technical details related to flooring materials, installation techniques, and convenient scheduling. Upsell complementary products such as window treatments to maximize sales opportunities. Develop strong account management relationships by following up with clients, managing project details, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote high-end flooring solutions and participate in merchandising efforts to showcase products effectively. Requirements Willingness to learn, pleasant demeanor, and work ethic will allow even an inexperienced candidate an opportunity to succeed on our team. Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably within the construction, renovation, or interior design sectors is highly recommended, but not required. Strong communication skills in English and computer proficiency. Ability to negotiate effectively with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor.
