Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, floral design, and outdoor products Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs and preferences, demonstrating strong product knowledge in horticulture and related fields Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing Maintain organized shelves through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment Support e-commerce initiatives by helping customers with online orders or product inquiries when needed Communicate effectively with customers in English or multilingual options to ensure clarity and satisfaction Handle cashiering duties including retail math calculations, cash handling, and balancing registers at shift end Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor living products is essential Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or floral design is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role Strong communication skills in English are necessary; multilingual abilities are a valuable asset Organizational skills to manage stocking, merchandising, and inventory tasks efficiently Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude and high energy levels Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for outdoor beauty meets exceptional customer service!
