Requirements:

Customer service skills.. Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Self motivated and able stay busy at all times. Ability to take direction and work as part of a team. Availability to work weekend shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring every customer is given great customer service. By always being outgoing and friendly. Greeting every customer upon entrance into the store and lead them to the right direction of the store for what they are looking for. Answering phones and directing the call to proper department. Restocking, sizing, zippering, snapping and straightening clothing and all merchandise at all times. Ensuring that every customer shopping is offered assistance, offer the product features and benefits, and give them guidance to make sure they get exactly what they need. Learning about all the soft goods products we sell in the store. This includes in store training, paid clinics, online resources and help from management staff. Keeping a neat, clean, organized store and register area at all times. Facilities duties as needed. Vacuuming, mopping, washing windows and doing trash etc. This is a physical position that includes lifting up to 50lbs., standing for extended periods.
