Retail Sales Associate Our client, a globally recognized consumer products company, is seeking a Sales Associate to join its retail team in Wrentham, MA . This is a long-term temporary opportunity offering full-time hours, flexible scheduling, $18/hour pay , and the potential for permanent employment based on business needs and performance. Job Responsibilities Provide friendly and engaging customer service to store visitors Assist customers with product selection and recommendations Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the store Maintain product displays and ensure accurate pricing Conduct product sampling and promotional activities Support store opening and closing procedures Assist with inventory organization and store cleanliness Follow all safety, food handling, and company policies Candidate Qualifications Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ideal Candidate This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and creating positive experiences.
