We're looking for a motivated, people-first Front Desk Sales Associate to be the face of our center. You'll be the first person guests meet and a key part of guiding them toward the services that fit their goals. Salary Range:

+ Commission Professional Work Environment Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Retirement Plan Monthly Team Lunches Employee Discount Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Valid Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain certification before starting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Genuine passion for health and wellness, with a desire to grow within the industry Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new scheduling and payment software quickly Preferred Experience as a front desk receptionist, customer service representative, or in a health, fitness, or wellness setting Background in membership or service-based sales (e.g., fitness center, med spa, salon) Schedule Requirements Part-time, minimum 20 hours per week Available at least two days per week, including weekends Responsibilities Welcome guests and set the tone for a warm, professional first impression Guide guests through our services - including Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, IV Infusions, and Body Sculpting - and help them find the right fit Lead consultations that connect guest goals to the services and packages that best support them Handle day-to-day front desk operations: check-in/check-out, scheduling, and payment processing Keep the center clean, organized, and up to our sanitation standards Support marketing efforts, from seasonal promotions to community outreach Assist wellness providers with room prep and equipment setup as needed Stay sharp through ongoing training on new products, protocols, and services About Us bio/synergy Health
