Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team! In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, understands their needs, and guides them through our product offerings and financial services. As a key contributor to our sales goals, you will assist customers with retail purchases, banking transactions, and financial product inquiries, all while maintaining a positive and professional environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience Assist customers with retail sales, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries using financial software Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Support loan processing activities by explaining financial products and assisting with application procedures Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions using basic math and retail math skills Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting to promote a positive shopping atmosphere Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances your ability to assist customers effectively Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions and performing retail math calculations Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong communication skills combined with a customer-focused attitude are vital for success in this role
