Role:

Join our dynamic team at The UPS Store•Brandywine, MD as a Center Associate! In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with shipping, printing, and other business services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services. Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Provide expert advice on shipping options and services. Support marketing initiatives and promote store services. Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
