Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Assist in training new staff members and supervising daily operations when needed. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Uphold company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service. Requirements Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail calculations. Ability to supervise staff when required, fostering a positive team environment. Experience with product demonstrations is a plus.
