Budtender - Part Time

$17/hour Objective The objective of a Budtender is to deliver personalized, elevated experiences to our guests while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of cannabis, methods of consumption, cannabis accessories and responsible use. You are passionate about cannabis and the industry, and recognize that you are a brand ambassador inside and outside the store. You acknowledge that we operate in an ever-changing environment and are a champion of adaptability, creativity and immense attention to detail. Responsibilities Sales Take part in sales incentives initiated by the leadership team Demonstrate an eagerness to support and grow the business by showing active engagement, understanding the store sales goals and holding yourself to a high standard of meeting and exceeding any sales expectations Possess an understanding of important KPI's as directed by your leadership team.

Be a champion of Coastal Cure Right Selling Steps Customers Completing the Selling Steps to develop and maintain a loyal customer base Deliver outstanding customer service as per our customer service standard Support in maximizing sales and propelling the brand Service customers with a high level of engagement and education while processing transactions accurately Support in resolving any customer issues with the goal of having a win/win outcome People Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all staff and customers Maintain a supportive and positive working environment Collaborate with teammates to support efficiency and successful outcomes in a high-paced environment Product Contentiously learning and remaining up to date with product knowledge while leveraging all internal and external training resources Actively take part in any product training as directed by your leadership team Support in upholding store visual standards as per internal merchandise guides Operations Identify and recommend any processes, policies and procedure opportunities in all areas of our workplace Assist in maintaining store organization and cleanliness Follow all procedures and protocols set out by your leadership team Accurately and efficiently process transactions Compliance Adhering to all state-level compliance standards Participate in inventory audits as directed by the leadership team Complete all startup and on-going training as required Validating government issued identification Refusing service to intoxicated guests Marketing + Community Actively take part in any internal store activities Capture customers information whenever possible Encourage our guests to share their experience and leave Google reviews!
