Business Developer / Commercial Sales Associate
Build potential customer base through effective prospecting, lead generation and qualification.
Obtain appointments with a view to delivering onsite presentations to start the sales cycle and more.

Target markets including HOA's, property management companies, apartment communities and owners, Hotels, and government.
Obtain appointments with a view to delivering onsite presentations to start the sales cycle. Lead development, estimating, proposal writing, negotiation, closing and after sale follow-up.
Develop and maintain client relationships and a referral network through on-going activities.
Applicant must have a minimum of 5 year's Commercial Sales experience and leadership qualitiesCommercial service industry experience is preferred, i.e. selling services to property managers, multi-family properties, hotels etc. Experience in the trenchless/plumbing drain-lining industry is preferredMust be ambitious, a self-starter and excellent communicatorBachelors degree or work experience requiredProficient with standard office equipment, PCs and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with CRM software such as HubSpot, is a plusExperience in construction, building trades, property management is an assetMust have valid driver license and own vehicle.
