Along with learning of our items you'll gain experience in handling inventory and stocking skills using contemporary software. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Comfortable using a point-of-sale (POS) system or willing to learn. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the shift. Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities include:

Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor. Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels. Receive and unpack shipments. Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and promotions. Help maintain attractive product displays and merchandising. Assist with online order fulfillment, packing, and shipping. Follow opening and closing store procedures. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including shelves, counters, and work areas. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales and customer service goals. Follow company policies and safety procedures. Represent the company professionally at all times. Key Attributes for Success Ability to operate efficiently under minimal supervision (self-managed role) Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Ability to build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Comfortable learning about new products and educating customers on their benefits.
