This role is essential in ensuring the safety and conduct of our guests and staff while providing a warm welcome to everyone who enters. Located in Deep Creek Lake, this position plays a vital role in enhancing our customer experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Honi. Ensure all guests present proper ID. Monitor the entrance and exit points to ensure safety. Assist with crowd control during busy periods to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. Assist with any issues that arise with professionalism and courtesy. Perform regular surveillance of the premises to deter theft or misconduct. Requirements Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Trustworthy with strong character traits. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
