Job Description

Archbishop Spalding High School is seeking a dedicated, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Cavalier Shop Sales Associate . We are seeking a dedicated and organized Cavalier Shop Sales Associate to assist with the daily operations of our school store. The ideal candidate will help manage inventory, handle sales transactions, and coordinate with school staff and students for various events. This position requires someone who can perform physical tasks, including lifting, and is comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends.
Essential Functions:
Manage the daily operations of the school store, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. Process daily sales transactions, including cash handling and operation of the point-of-sale (POS) system. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and restock merchandise as needed. Process online Cavalier Shop sales and orders. Work closely with school staff to organize and support events, including setup and breakdown activities for sporting events, after-school programs, and other school functions. Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, faculty, and visitors.
Position Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, sales, or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Pay Rate:
$18.00,
Hourly Benefits:
