PLEASE NOTE

Strawberry season is a short season- just 3-4 weeks long. The season typically runs mid-June through early July. We are looking to fill 1-2 spots, depending on candidates' availability. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing clear directions and information about the U-Pick experience Assist visitors with picking strawberries safely and efficiently, offering tips and guidance as needed Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all participants Maintain cleanliness of the picking area and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times Support event activities such as Kids Day or food truck days, contributing to a lively atmosphere Process cash transactions accurately for any purchased items or additional services offered on-site Collaborate with team members to pinpoint the best picking areas to direct guests to Address any guest concerns swiftly and professionally Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality roles preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking situations Experience in event management or coordinating outdoor activities is a plus Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and standing for Experience working with children helpful for engaging young guests effectively Experience with cash handling is preferred Join us as part of our energetic team dedicated to creating joyful outdoor experiences!
