Join the Team at Bucksport Nutrition Cafe Bucksport Nutrition Cafe is looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking Team Members to join our team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions . This is a hands-on role that includes preparing our food and drinks, helping customers, maintaining a clean and organized cafe, and assisting with the day-to-day operation of the store. We are looking for people who take pride in their work, learn quickly, and—most importantly—can be consistently relied on to show up and be part of the team. Pay & Tips Base pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour , depending on experience Team members typically earn an additional $10-$15 per hour in tips Tips are distributed daily Tips vary based on customer tipping, business volume, and hours worked and are not guaranteed When multiple eligible team members are working, tips are divided based on hours worked Expected Hours Approximately 20-40 hours per week Full-time and part-time positions available Scheduling is based on employee availability and business needs

Cafe Hours Monday-Friday:

6:45 AM-4:30

PM Saturday-Sunday:

7:45 AM-4:30 PM Team Members may work opening, daytime, closing, weekday, and/or weekend shifts depending on scheduling needs and availability. What You'll Do Prepare, mix, brew, and serve made-to-order drinks and food Cook and prepare menu items according to cafe standards Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized cafe Clean workstations, equipment, dishes, and customer areas Stock products and supplies and assist with inventory management Complete opening and closing responsibilities Follow recipes, preparation procedures, food-safety practices, and cafe standards Help keep the cafe running smoothly by recognizing what needs to be done and helping the team as needed What We're Looking For We place a high value on reliability, consistency, and trustworthiness .
