Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service during the late-night hours. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth operation throughout your shift. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our customers while supporting the overall success of our food service establishment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting with a focus on food safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales transactions Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations through bussing and sanitation practices Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with food handling procedures Support quick service operations by managing cashier duties, food assembly, and order accuracy Ensure proper food safety protocols are followed during all stages of food preparation and serving Assist with kitchen tasks such as food prep, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service during overnight hours Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation or fast-food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting Previous restaurant or retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Join us as an Overnight Crew Member to help us deliver outstanding service during the late-night hours!
