As a Budtender, you will combine your passion for health and wellness with your sales skills to create memorable customer interactions that promote trust and loyalty. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find products suited to their needs and preferences Educate customers on product features, effects, dosages, and consumption methods through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain well-organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked, rotated, and presented attractively Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales opportunities Assist with product demos and upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume Uphold all safety standards, compliance regulations, and store policies related to cannabis sales and customer age verification Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Supervise or assist with training new team members in retail procedures, POS operation, and customer service standards when needed Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably within grocery stores or similar retail settings Strong knowledge ofcash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to support team operations Skilled in merchandising, stocking, inventory management, and store presentation techniques Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash register operations and sales analysis Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions over the phone or in person Enthusiastic about educating customers through product demos and upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities Join us as a Budtender where your energy fuels positive experiences!
