Job Description
Overview Seeking a friendly and experienced Retail Key Holder/ Sales Associate to join our Family-owned Candy Store team! You will help in overseeing daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service. Our team member needs a background in retail operations, inventory, along with basic computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and staff. To be considered, working on Sundays is a must. We are flexible with the other 2 days needed. Duties Assist in managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Basic inventory skills. Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently. Helping oversee all store displays are well-maintained and visually appealing to enhance customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is a must. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices, Including basic computer skills. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculations. Excellent communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
