Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by highlighting new or popular items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory Conduct stock checks, inventory counts, and assist with stocking to keep the store organized and inviting Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Assist with product demos and educate customers on new offerings to promote informed purchasing decisions Requirements Prior retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar environments involving customer interaction Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle phone inquiries courteously and efficiently Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations and inventory management Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and retail sales strategies A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to support store operationsJoin us in creating an engaging shopping environment where customers feel valued and informed.
