Job Description

Ice Cream / Retail Associate - Gilbert's Chowder House (Portland, ME) We are currently holding interviews for our retail / ice cream shop which will be opening Mid June though late October.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and directing guests with a welcoming attitude Soft serve ice cream server, window service Assisting with retail sales of Gilbert's merchandise Handling guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service Keeping the host/retail area clean and organized Setting up / breaking down ice cream machine What we're looking for: Positive, outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability preferred
