Communication Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a full-time budtender who can work 3-4 days per week (24-32 hours) and have open availability during our business hours. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times. Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures to serve customers at our Somerville location. Model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our customer's expectations Have a true passion for the cannabis industry Be a self learner Be on time and fully present during work hours Experienced with Cash handling & electronic payment methods Other duties as assigned by Management Team Skills and/or

Qualifications:

High School Diploma; College Degree (preferred but not required) Two years of customer service experience Applicants must be 21 Cannabis experience is a huge plus Reliable Transportation Ability to maintain

IIC Card Availability & Work Shifts:

Both midweek & weekend shifts required This position is part-time (24-32 hrs/week) with potential to become full time
