Job Description
MUST HAVE A VALID RIC
( Registry Identification Card)!!!!MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT BOTH WINDHAM & BRIDGTON LOCATIONS!
!! ```Duties:
```- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various products
- Accurately process transactions and handle cash according to company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of marijuana products ```
Qualifications:
```- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a cannabis dispensary or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working with sensitive customer information
MUST OBTAIN
Medical Marijuana RIC card with the State of Maine and pass a background check. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Type:
