The Store Associate is responsible for assisting guests in a helpful, positive manner while maintaining the appearance of the York Company store to company standards and for assisting with operational and merchandising duties as directed.

Job Summary:

Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience Assist with product questions and recommendations Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Stock, organize, and maintain displays and clearance tables Help ensure a clean, safe, and cheerful store environment Support team members to keep the shop running smoothly Requirements Flexible availability. Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Great communication and teamwork skills Retail or customer service experience a plus (but not required) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. on occasion, stand several hours a day and climb ladders, bend, reach, squat, kneel, twist, push and pull and perform repetitive motions Must be able to move large quantities of merchandise with carts, dollies, hand trucks and other moving equipment Apply Today!
