Please note before applying that this position is for weekend evenings: Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 4P-11P Hourly pay is $14/hour with the opportunity of earning uncapped tips and sales commissions. Job Overview As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting shoppers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs and ensuring that they have a welcoming and informative shopping experience that is memorable and joyful. What We're Looking For Someone who has stupendous customer service and is able to work evening hours between 4P and 11P on a part-time weekend basis. While this position is slated for 20-25 Part-Time bud tending hours - Should any candidates prefer full-time hours, they will have the opportunity to complete other hours at our grow facility. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Utilize POS systems for processing sales transactions accurately. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise through effective merchandising strategies. Stock shelves and ensure that products are well-presented and accessible. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and math skills for accurate transactions. Experience in merchandising and stocking within a retail environment is advantageous.
