None Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and personalized cannabis product consultations. Listen well and communicate effectively with a diverse audience Educate customers on product knowledge, promotions, and responsible consumption. Work in a team focused environment Responsible for sales and patient experience by maintaining a tidy, safe and inviting store environment. Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures Handle cash accurately with correct discount application. Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system Restock inventory Clean shelves, organize inventory; maintain organized efficient workspace Must be able/willing to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend, evening and holiday shifts

Required Skills/Abilities:

Skills/Qualifications:

2 years in retail or sales Ability to deal with different personalities, providing excellent customer service to all clients. Knowledge of cannabis/brands preferred or a strong willingness to learn Must be able to work weekends, nights included. Physical Requirements Requires extended periods of standing Requires extensive keyboard work for product entry Requires bending and reaching into inventory storage bins Requires twisting Requires lifting 30-50 lbs.
