Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Key Holder/Sales Associate and become a vital contributor to our retail sales environment and if you enjoy fragrance! This energetic role combines sales expertise with leadership responsibilities, empowering you to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store operations. As a key holder, you'll be entrusted with opening and closing the store, supervising team members, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all customers. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive sales, manage inventory, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a fast-paced, engaging retail setting. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrate merchandise, and promote sales through effective upselling techniques Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing inventory control systems Supervise team members during shifts, provide training on customer service standards, and ensure adherence to store policies Handle customer complaints professionally, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products accurately, and ensuring store presentation aligns with brand standards Qualifications Previous retail sales experience with a strong focus on customer service excellence Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a retail environment Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory tracking Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and store operations preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is advantageous Familiarity with retail marketing strategies and promotional activities is desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels success! Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
