Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their visit Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care Handle retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and food preparation zones Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and preparation procedures Process cash and card payments efficiently while managing cash handling responsibilities with accuracy Assist with food preparation tasks to support quick service delivery during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Barista experience or beverage service background is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating delightful experiences through exceptional beverage and food service!
