Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused Budtender to join our team in Benton Harbor, Michigan. As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, assisting customers in selecting cannabis products while providing a safe, welcoming, and educational experience. Duties Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Educate customers on cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and desired effects Process transactions accurately using a POS system Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with Michigan cannabis laws Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, strains, and industry trends Keep sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked Accurately weigh, package, and label products Assist with inventory management and restocking Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business Experience Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and cash-handling skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must comply with all state and local cannabis regulations Previous cannabis experience preferred Knowledge of cannabis strains, terpenes, and consumption methods Experience in a dispensary or similar retail environment Passion for the cannabis industry and customer Skills Knowledge of cannabis strains, terpenes, and consumption methods Experience in a dispensary or similar retail environment Passion for the cannabis industry and customer education At Rave Cannabis, we're committed to delivering high-quality cannabis products and an exceptional customer experience.
