As an Adventure Center Desk Attendant you are responsible for providing quality service to guests by responding to their questions and requests and scheduling tours promptly, efficiently, and courteously on phone calls and during check-in process. Boyne Mountain Resort Responsibilities:
The Adventure Center Desk Attendant's typical job functions include: Register, process, and greet guests and promptly Develop a thorough knowledge of all activities offered at Adventure Center Verify all guest information and ensure proper paperwork is completed at time of check-in Know all cash handling procedures. Possesses a thorough knowledge of credit and traveler's check cash handling procedures and adhere to them Answer telephones promptly using proper telephone etiquette and appropriate script Keep Adventure Center Manager fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of possible significance
Qualifications:
This position might be for you if: You are at least 18 years old You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays Achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
