Overview As a Trophy Room Counter Attendant you are responsible for answering phones, placing to-go orders, and asisting guests as needed. Responsibilities The Trophy Room Counter Attendant 's typical job functions include: Serving guests with excellent customer service Answering Phones Using POS to ring in to-go orders Assisting guests as needed Assisting both culinary and front of house teams as needed Qualifications This position may be for you if: You are at least 16 years old You are able to work days, weekends, nights and holidays You are interested in a position in customer service You are able to stand for long periods of time
