AT&T Associate

Stonemark Solutions, a sales and development firm, is seeking an AT&T Associate to support customer enrollment and provide a positive experience for individuals exploring AT&T Fiber services. This role focuses on helping customers understand available options, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. As an AT&T Associate, you'll receive training on AT&T Fiber services and work directly with customers to guide them through available plans and features. You'll play a key role in making sure customers feel informed and confident in their decisions. Role Requirements for an AT&T Associate Meet with customers to discuss AT&T Fiber options and help identify services that fit their needs Assist with enrollment steps and ensure all information is completed accurately Answer customer questions and provide clear, straightforward information Follow up with customers as needed to provide updates or additional support Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests Support team efforts during local events and community outreach What You'll Gain as an AT&T Associate Hands-on experience working with customers in a professional setting Training on communication, service coordination, and product knowledge A structured environment to build confidence and reliability Opportunities to grow into increased responsibility over time Qualities of an AT&T Associate A high school diploma or GED is preferred Experience in sales or customer support is a plus. Pay:

$800.00 - $1,275.00 per week
