JR Game Coach / Host (High School Students Only! 15 hours max per week)

Spymaker Axe throwing and Escape Rooms - Burton, MI Are you a high school student who's full of energy, loves helping people, and wants to work in a fast-paced, FUN environment? Join our team as a JR Game Coach and help deliver our signature 5-star guest experience! This is the perfect opportunity for students looking to gain real-world experience in customer service, and hospitality.

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in guests with a warm, upbeat attitude Run live escape room games from start to finish Brief and debrief guests before and after their mission Reset and prep escape rooms quickly and efficiently Help with on-site room setups and cleanups Keep the lobby and guest areas clean and welcoming Sell merch and answer guest questions Communicate clearly with teammates and management Represent the brand with professionalism and positivity Dress in uniform and arrive on time, every time

What We're Looking For:

High school students ONLY Positive, energetic, and friendly personality Comfortable speaking to small groups Reliable and punctual Self-motivated and detail-oriented Able to stay calm and professional under pressure Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (evenings & weekends required) Willing to work 10-18 hours per week
