Job Summary As a Budtender, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with product recommendations, completing sales transactions, and ensuring all interactions align with company standards and state regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner Provide accurate information on cannabis products, usage methods, and compliance guidelines Accurately fill and process online and curbside pickup orders Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system in accordance with company procedures Follow proper cash handling protocols and perform daily cash management duties Complete all compliance reporting and documentation in line with company policy and state regulations Assist with inventory management, including restocking and scheduled inventory counts Maintain adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal policies Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the dispensary Remain knowledgeable about current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a professional and efficient work environment Accurately manage all cash transactions and apply discounts correctly Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older be able to pass a background check in accordance with state and local regulations Previous experience in cannabis retail is strongly preferred Must have extensive cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs High school diploma or equivalent required Shift Schedule 8 Hour Shifts Evening and weekend availability required Full Time and Part Time Hours available Benefits Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Performance incentives Supportive and professional team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
