Whether you have food-service experience or this is your first job, we're willing to train the right person! Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service. Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions about our products. Prepare Auntie Anne's pretzels, Cinnabon products, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards. Operate the POS/register accurately and handle cash and credit/debit transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures. Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed. Follow recipes, portion standards, and product-quality guidelines. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service. Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and management. Assist with opening and closing duties. Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required . Must be friendly, dependable, and willing to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow instructions and food-safety procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with the position. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positive attitude and willingness to help others. Must be able to work respectfully and professionally with customers, coworkers, and management. Schedule We are looking for candidates with part-time and/or full-time availability .
