JOB OBJECTIVE

Provide excellent customer service to our shoppers and donors. Maintaining a clean and well-organized work and shopping experience. Handling each transaction with accuracy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Have a positive attitude. Serve customers with courtesy and friendly attitude. Comply with all cash handling and security standards. Provide fast, efficient, and accurate checkout service. Assist in cleaning and general maintenance of store property. Promote upcoming sales. Immediately report theft, customer complaints, injuries, and any unsafe equipment or conditions to management. Maintain a clean and clutter free work area. Answer telephone calls in an efficient, friendly, professional manner. Other duties as may be assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, donors and customers. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to understand and follow directions. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Base Pay:

Starting at $13.73 / Hour.
