We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at our brand-new UPS Store location! As a Customer Service Associate, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You'll help customers with shipping, packing, printing, copying, mailbox services, and other business-service needs while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and professional customer service Process UPS shipments and assist customers with shipping options Pack and prepare items for shipment Operate printing, copying, scanning, and fax equipment Assist with mailbox and other UPS Store services Handle cash, credit card transactions, and basic POS functions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns Follow company procedures and maintain accuracy when handling shipments and customer information Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications:

No prior UPS Store experience required — training will be provided Customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and people skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift and move packages as needed Positive attitude and willingness to learn
