Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs Educate customers on product effects, usage methods, and safety guidelines through engaging demos and clear communication Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain accurate inventory levels through stocking, merchandising, and regular product demos to highlight new or featured items Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and recommending complementary items to enhance their experience Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and store policies related to cannabis sales and responsible consumption Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment, is highly valued Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual abilities are desirable to better serve diverse customer bases Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Experience conducting product demos and engaging customers through merchandising techniques Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices to foster positive interactions This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a difference in a fast-paced retail setting.
