You'll run daily operations, elevate team performance, and keep customers happy while driving efficiency and profitability. What you'll do Own scheduling, workflow, and quality control Lead, coach, and motivate technicians Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance including: Diesel engines Hydraulics Brakes, alignments, suspension, tires Transmissions Electrical systems Grow service revenue through ethical upselling Ensure accurate estimates, RO's, and invoicing Handle customer concerns like a pro Manage parts inventory and vendor coordination What we're looking for Prior service manager experience (dealer, diesel engine, truck engines preferred) Strong technical background Experience with service writing/estimating software Clear communicator who can translate "shop talk" to customers Leadership mindset — you build strong teams Comfortable with admin tasks and cash handling Why this is a great gig Stable, respected company Strong support from parts & sales Real room to make an impact Competitive pay + benefits
