STORE PROCESSOR
About the Role At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.
Location:
Davison, MI Pay:
$13.73 per hour
Job Type:
Part Time, 25 hours/wk What You'll Do Sort, tag, and price merchandise Help track and report production numbers Move processed merchandise to sales floor Provide friendly, helpful service to donors Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments Maintain clean work and storage spaces Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock Required Ability to process donated merchandise Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic communication and teamwork skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift Ability to bend, reach, and lift or move merchandise throughout the day High school diploma or currently pursuing Training Provided Paid training on store procedures Ongoing coaching and support from store leadership Opportunity to build retail and customer service skills Why Join Us Mission-driven work that supports programs in your community On-the-job training Team-oriented environment Employee Discount, Employee Assistance Program, and more!
