This individual will be responsible for: Taking care of each customer and providing world class customer service. Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs. Receiving and processing packages for courier shipments with FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL. Pro Pack Services Sorting Mail Selling mailboxes Notary Services Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. Operating large format printers along with assisting customers with designs for large banners, flyers, yard signs, business cards, and etc.
