Job Responsibilities:

Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Build meaningful relationships that foster repeat business and referrals Guide clients through important purchases including engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, fine jewelry, and custom designs Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Intake and document jewelry repairs with accuracy and care Assist with visual merchandising and showroom presentation Support opening and closing procedures, including merchandise handling and security protocols Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

Luxury retail sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Be team-oriented, honest, and reliable Able to work a regular Tuesday through Saturday schedule with the potential of seasonal overtime
