About the Role As a Part-Time Jewelry Sales Professional, you will play an important role in creating a personalized and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping customers find meaningful pieces for life's most important moments. You will become knowledgeable about our products and services while working alongside a supportive team in a well-established, family-owned business. Jewelry experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings strong customer service skills, professionalism, and a genuine interest in learning the jewelry industry.

What You'll Do:

Creating a welcoming and personalized experience for every customer Building relationships by asking thoughtful questions and understanding each customer's needs Assisting customers with jewelry selections, purchases, and service needs Learning detailed product knowledge and developing an understanding of the jewelry industry Supporting repair intake and helping ensure customer needs are handled with care and attention Maintaining an organized, polished showroom and assisting with daily store operations Working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service and support shared sales goals

What We're Looking For:

At least two years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or another client-facing role Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships with a wide variety of customers Professional, dependable, punctual with a positive attitude A strong communicator and listener who can quickly understand and respond to customer needs Comfortable learning detailed product knowledge and developing confidence in the jewelry industry Able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment Jewelry or luxury sales experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person Interested in long-term growth and becoming an important part of a well-established, family-owned business Comfortable working a consistent part-time schedule, including rotating Saturdays Comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment Schedule This is a part-time position, generally working approximately 2-3 days per week, with a consistent schedule and rotating Saturdays. Employees arrive at 9:30 AM to prepare for the day.
