We're Hiring! Elaine B Jewelry is looking for a part time Sales Associate in Detroit (Ferndale) to join our team! The Retail Team plays a key role in our company's overall goal of creating modern, handmade everyday and fine jewelry through ethical sourcing, local craftsmanship and meaningful relationships. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn about jewelry and loves creating great customer experiences. They understand the value of remembering people's names, and take pride in their organization skills, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The Position This position is a great opportunity to work in a creative fast paced company. You will work alongside our retail team to share the story of handmade jewelry made in our Detroit studio. A strong focus on customer relationships, elevating experiences and great communication is a must. You will guide our customers through the Forever Linked experience and help them create the perfect, customized piece of jewelry. You will keep the store neat and organized, this includes general cleaning and stocking as well as collaborating on merchandising projects.
