Epic Furniture Promotions | Flint, Michigan Epic Furniture Promotions is hiring furniture sales associates for our Flint store assignment. We are looking for people who enjoy helping shoppers choose furniture and can turn a useful conversation into a completed sale.

Compensation:

5% RSA commission. Up to $5,000 a week for top sellers. Individual earnings vary by performance and assignment.

Schedule:

Flexible. Discuss your availability and the specific store schedule with Rashad. Welcome shoppers, learn their needs, explain furniture features and confirmed offers, handle questions, close sales, and follow up on customer interest. Keep accurate customer and sales records in Epic's sales system and work professionally with the store team. Furniture and mattress sales experience are especially relevant. Applicants with other customer-facing sales experience are welcome. Manager opportunities are also available. Managers receive the same 5% RSA commission plus an additional override on total store sales. $7,000+ a week for top managers. Individual earnings vary by sales results, store performance, and assignment. Discuss the override terms and available manager assignments with Rashad. Interested in traveling?
