If you are a passionate people-person, quick on your feet, easy multitasker, hard worker, with a forward team work attitude and a love for the trade: We encourage you to apply! Budtenders are responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with customers. You will spend time with the customer and listen to their needs and concerns, and make appropriate recommendations about products. Therefore, the Budtender must have a drive to help people and solid knowledge of the product as well any many other items available. You must be able to explain the effects of various products. The Budtender will also be computer literate and able to use POS equipment and software. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards
  • Assist patients with choosing the right products according to their request
  • Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
  • Pristine customer service skills
  • Processing transactions
  • Verify customer's allotment and ensure they are eligible to make purchase using the state system
  • Manage inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Participates in ongoing education and professional development as needed
  • Stock and fill the sales floor
  • Process incoming orders as instructed during training
  • Follows all Michigan CRA Compliance Codes
  • Follows all Michigan Department of Health Services laws
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes effective teamwork
  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Wage based on experience and commitment
  • Clean background check
