•Average of 24•36 hours per week. 3-5 days per week.
WORK SHIFTS
Earliest start time: 9:00 A.
M Latest End time:
11:00 P.M, any combination of shifts between these hours. Must be available for morning and evening shifts. Weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists guests in our ropes course, climbing wall, mini bowling and laser tag attractions. Responsible for assisting guests with admission and helping them with the necessary safety equipment needed. Will assist in insuring that all attractions meet state and company standards for cleanliness and safety. Insure that all safety equipment is available and in good operating order. Provides outstanding guest experiences with a smile and professionalism. Position can lead to a certified trainer position.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years of age or older Neat appearance, friendly disposition Basic arithmetic skills Ability to stand, walk at all times, and lift moderate weights continually.•50 lbs max Comfortable working on the ground and climbing to heights of no more than four stories (44ft) Ability to talk to guests to promote our attractions in our fun center and water park Able to handle multiple tasks at a quick pace during peak periods Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills Ability to receive all required certifications for position Ability to remember and use department verbiage for guest interactions
ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS
