  • 36 hours.
Hours of work will be a variety of shifts between the hours of 9:30am to 10:00pm. Must be willing to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Job Details:
The Towel Haus Clerk is responsible for providing clean towels to guests, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an efficient and friendly towel exchange process at the waterpark. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive guest experience by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and accuracy in all transactions. The Towel Haus Clerk also helps maintain the cleanliness of the towel exchange area and supports overall waterpark operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a fun, safe, and family-friendly environment by upholding all safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards set by the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Supports the goal of having the highest level of guest service offered in Michigan. Perform other duties as directed by management.
Basic Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills & Competencies:
Outstanding communication and guest service skills. Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and problem-solve. Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong computer knowledge and experience with using multiple resort systems Demonstrates good judgment, honesty, and dependability. Capable of working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and demeanor in line with Bavarian Inn standards. Ability to stand high heat and humidity.
