Understand customer needs and provide solutions through consultative conversations. Educate customers on insurance and financial products. Build trust and rapport while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Recommend products and services that align with customer goals. Complete applications and maintain accurate customer records. Follow established sales processes, compliance regulations, and quality standards. Meet performance metrics in a fast-paced call center environment. Support additional customer service and sales initiatives as needed. Expected call volume averages 40-60 customer interactions per day .
